Sanitarium: 0, Rob Savage: WON!
Details to follow as soon as they are available, but it looks like the Bullies at Sanitarium have BACKED DOWN from the court case which due to start next week.
Rob and Chantal, will be getting the Ma’armite released from customs (who should hang their heads in shame) tomorrow. And as I understand it – they have been forced to keep their grubby little hands off our Weetabix too.
I am SO proud to be English right now – and to be one of the people who refused to be bullied by these arseholes, and refused to be silenced by pathetic gag orders, abuse, and infantile name calling by people who should know better.
Thank you to everyone who helped, either by donating, emailing or refusing to buy Sanitarium products. Take a moment to be proud.

Whilst I am pleased that it’s been sorted there is part of me that wishes it had gone to court. There is nothing to stop these bullies doing it again in the future and it would have been good for the NZ public to know what a bunch of Sxxxxxxs this mob is. Can you imagine the who ha when the tax situation becomae public known? Still won’t buy their products though!
I completely understand – and I have to admit to agreeing – but from Rob’s point of view – the cost if they hadnt backed down was staggering. Fine for the “Tax Exempt Church” with a boat load of worshipers to hit up for cash and the tax payers funding them, not so easy for the Tax Paying Businessman.
I also note with disgust that Sanitarium are claiming dishonestly that a “settlement” has been reached, when in fact they pulled out of the case.
